Jamie Dwyer and Robyn Klein, along with HOK design leaders, led an interactive biomimicry workshop to review nature’s genius within the California Coast region. They explored how species in the most biodiverse region of the U.S. have adapted to systemic challenges of drought, earthquakes, desertification, and forest fires that occur across the three regional biomes.
