Biomimicry 3.8 co-founder Janine Benyus will be a featured global keynote speaker at Converge 2016, bringing biomimicry to a conference designed to give product and experience creators a space to share ideas and collaborate as they explore new ways to work, create, and design.

Greenbuild 2016 | Nature inspired material innovation
The U.S. Green Building Council is hosting its international conference and expo in Los Angeles, where Biomimicry 3.8 managing director Nicole Miller will join a set of presenters at the Nature Inspired Material Innovation: Factory as Forest session, on October 5.

SXSW Eco | Biomimicry and place-based learning
Biomimicry 3.8 principal Jamie Dwyer will be at SXSW Eco 2016 to share how biomimicry can help spur innovative thinking aimed at improving communication strategies for effective ocean conservation. The “Place-based Learning and the Future of Our Oceans” panel takes place on October 12.

National Bioneers Conference | Biomimicry as a Cooperative Inquiry
Biomimicry 3.8 co-founder Janine Benyus will present a keynote, “The Ultimate Symbiosis: Biomimicry as a Cooperative Inquiry,” and help celebrate the winner of the Biomimicry Global Design Challenge at the first-ever awards ceremony for that challenge during the National Bioneers Conference. Janine will also host a screening of “Biomimicry,” a 2015 film by Leonardo DiCaprio’s Tree Media on October 22.
Bioneers runs October 21-23 in San Rafael, CA
